ការចុះអនុស្សរណៈយោគយល់គ្នា(MOU) រវាងសាកលវិទ្យាល័យIIC ជាមួយ SEAMEO SEAMOLEC

ការចុះអនុស្សរណៈយោគយល់គ្នា(MOU) រវាងសាកលវិទ្យាល័យIIC ជាមួយ SEAMEO SEAMOLEC កាលពីថ្ងៃទី២១ ខែកុម្ភៈ ឆ្នាំ២០១៣ សាកលវិទ្យាល័យអាយអាយស៊ីនៃបច្ចេកវិទ្យាបានចុះអនុស្សរណៈយោគយល់គ្នា(MOU) រយៈពេលបីឆ្នាំ ជាមួយ Southeast Asian Ministers of Education Organization Regional Open Learning Centre (SEAMEO SEAMOLEC) ដើម្បីធ្វើសហប្រតិបត្តិការគ្នាក្នុងកិច្ចការអប់រំនិងគម្រោងជាច្រើន ព្រមទាំងចែករំលែកបទពិសោធន៍ និងចំណេះដឹងដល់គ្នាទៅវិញទៅមករវាងស្ថាប័នទាំងពីរ។ សូមបញ្ជាក់ផងដែរថា SEAMEO SEAMOLEC គឺជាអង្គការមួយតំណាងស្ថាប័ន អប់រំនៃបណ្តាប្រទេសអាស៊ីអាគ្នេយ៍។ ការចុះហត្ថលេខាជាផ្លូវការនេះបានធ្វើឡើងនៅវិទ្យាស្ថានជាតិពហុបច្ចេកទេសកម្ពុជា(NPIC) ដោយសាកលវិទ្យាធិការ សាកលវិទ្យាល័យអាយអាយស៊ីនៃបច្ចេកវិទ្យា ឯកឧត្តម បណ្ឌិត ឈួន ចាន់ថន និង Dr. lr. Gatot Hari Priowrijanto, director of SEAMEO SEAMOLEC។ ក្នុងពិធីផ្លូវការនោះក៏មានការចូលរួមធ្វើជាសាក្សីផងដែរពីសំណាក់ ឯកឧត្តម ប៉ុក ប៉ាន់ អនុរដ្ឋលេខាធិការ ក្រសួងការងារ និងបណ្តុះបណ្តាលវិជ្ជាជីវៈ និង Mr. Muhammad Muhsinin Dolisada លេខាធិការទីមួយ ស្ថានទូតសាធារណៈរដ្ឋឥណ្ឌូនេស៊ីប្រចាំនៅកម្ពុជា។ ជាការពិតណាស់ ពិធីចុះអនុស្សារណៈនេះ ចង់បង្ហាញពីភាពជាដៃគូរវាងសាកលវិទ្យាល័យអាយអាយស៊ីនៃបច្ចេកវិទ្យា និងស្ថានប័ន SEAMEO SEAMOLEC ដែលបានរួមសហការគ្នា ប្រកបដោយសុឆន្ទៈ ក្នុងការផ្លាស់ប្តូរគ្នានូវកម្មវិធីសិក្សា សម្ភារ និងការផ្សព្វផ្សាយព័ត៌មានផ្សេងៗដែលទាក់ទងនឹងបច្ចេកវិទ្យា ព្រមទាំងគម្រោងដទៃទៀត ដើម្បីចូលរួមចំណែកអភិវឌ្ឍ និងជំរុញប្រព័ន្ធអប់រំនៅប្រទេសកម្ពុជាឲ្យកាន់តែមានភាពសម្បូរបែបនិងប្រកបដោយគុណភាពនាថ្ងៃខាងមុខ។ ជារឿយៗ សាកលវិទ្យាល័យអាយអាយស៊ីនៃបច្ចេកវិទ្យា តែងតែឈានមុខគេ យ៉ាងសកម្មក្នុងការបង្កើតទំនាក់ទំនងជាមួយស្ថាប័ននានាក្នុងកិច្ចការជាច្រើន ពិសេសកិច្ចការនិងគម្រោងដែលពាក់ព័ន្ធនឹងការសិក្សាអប់រំនាសម័យទំនើប។
MOU BETWEEN IIC UNIVERSITY OF TECHNOLOGY AND SEAMEO SEAMOLEC
In February the 21th, 2013 IIC University of Technology signed the MOU with Southeast Asian Ministers of Education Organization Regional Open Learning Centre (SEAMEO SEAMOLEC) for a period of three years. In this Memorandum of Understanding, both institutions agreed to collaborate in undertaking programs, projects, exchange scientific materials, publications, information and many other related activities. This Memorandum of Understanding was signed at National Polytechnic Institute of Cambodia by Dr. CHHUON Chanthan, rector of IIC University of Technology and Dr. Ir. Gatot Hari Priowrijanto, director of SEAMEO SEAMOLEC. Moreover, it also got the great participation to be the witness by H.E. Pok Pann, vice secretary of state of the Ministry of Labor and Vocational Training and Mr. Muhammad Muhsinin Dolisada, the first secretary of the Embassy of the Republic of Indonesia. Additionally, this MOU shows that IIC University of Technology is one of the best local universities in which leads Cambodia students to the most modern technology and the world’s developing through the international partnerships.
