The overall purpose of the program is to develop students’ professional English. It provides students with the English-language skills required for employment in a variety of business organizations. Courses are arranged in a combination of English language and communication skills to create a practical skill foundation for successful managerial performance in both private and public sectors.
The requirements of this degree are successful completion of foundation year subjects; foundation plus subjects; four elective subjects of students’ choosing from the Department of English listing; all major subjects as listed below; and the Computer Office Skills course.
